Hello, this intro-BLOG is to make you aware of a re-branding and expansion of my consulting services practice with the introduction of an updated name, website and capabilities.
After 21 years, Career & Business Development is now Career, Business and Opportunity Development to emphasize and focus my purpose as a career coach and business counselor who helps to develop positive opportunities for individuals, small companies and families.
Why? Today, as our national economy slowly recovers, employees, employers and families are faced with unforeseen circumstances, serious challenges and left wondering how to cope with the ‘new-normal’ workplace. In short, they now have to come up with a Plan B.
Even for those who are blessed and lucky to have their work life going well at the moment, they cannot avoid the reality that dramatic change can come suddenly and without warning. Many have become keenly aware that they should have a Plan B in place before they need it.
How? Coming up with a Plan B will require ‘new-thinking’ to align one’s talents, experience and interests with the variety of opportunities and choices that are now available for those that are prepared. My role is to assist by collaborating one-on-one to explore, enhance and evolve an individual situation to prepare for whatever may come one’s way.
